HJT High Efficiency Solar Cell Manufacturing Solution
In 2021, Maxwell achieved the export of the complete production line equipment of HJT cell for the first time in solar industry , bringing the advanced HJT equipment technology to the international forefront. Since 2019, Maxwell has successfully developed the three generations of mass-production equipment for HJT cells with a capacity of 200MW, 400MW and 600MW respectively, which is with high manufacturing efficiency, large capacity and low cost and has realized the stable conversion efficiency and yield rate of mass-produced HJT cells at a cutting-edge level in the industry for the customers.

Maxwell has successfully researched and developed high-speed PERC laser grooving equipment and SE laser diffusion equipment for the PV industry.
Through continuous R&D, innovation and product iteration, the Company's PV laser equipment has occupied a certain market share in related segmented fields.

OLED Equipment
In view of the long-term accumulation of laser technologies, the Company started to deploy resources to the display industry since 2017, and has independently researched and developed core process equipment such as film laser cutting equipment (G6 Half Film Cut), film laser abnormity cutting equipment, cell laser repairing equipment and so on.
The first OLED film cut complete line equipment independently researched and developed by the Company was successfully delivered in May 2019, which has realized the domestic manufacturing of stable-production equipment in the field and enables industry-leading stability, output and yield.

Mini/Micro LED Equipment
Since 2020, Maxwell has expanded the business scope to the field of Mini/Micro LED equipment, independently researched and developed Mini LED wafer splitting equipment, Micro LED wafer lift off equipment and other products. Meanwhile, Maxwell strives to tackle the technological bottlenecks in the industry, with the focus on development of Micro LED mass transfer equipment, in order to provide mass transfer process solutions.

The Company prospectively deployed the development of semiconductor wafer laser equipment,established a project to research and develop semiconductor equipment in 2019, and completed the R&D and production of full-scale laser stealth cutting equipment for semiconductor wafer, laser grooving cutting equipment for semiconductor wafer in 2020, and thus has become a new force in the field of semiconductor wafer packaging equipment.

Strive to Be A Global Leading Equipment Manufacturer
When the Company founded, it was in the early stage of China’s PV industry , the market of screen printing equipment for solar cells highly relied on import. Upon business start-up, Zhou Jian and Wang Zhenggen, who』re founder of Maxwell, determined to reverse this situation and aspired to develop core technologies through independent R&D to create high-quality equipment , therefore promote the efficiency improvement and cost reduction of solar cell manufacturing. With the spirit of innovation as the guidance, they led the team step by step through tackling key technological bottlenecks, prototype R&D, and industrialization preparation. In 2010, the first year of business startup, Maxwell successfully developed and manufactured the full-automatic screen printing production line for solar cells, and introduced the product to the market.
As the product improved, Maxwell has achieved the rare export of intelligent manufacturing equipment, setting up a high-quality Chinese brand in the international market. In 2018, the international market share of Maxwell’s solar cell screen printing production line leap to the first.
The road of technological innovation is endless. At the beginning of 2019, when finding the mass production conversion efficiency of PERC cell was close to the bottleneck, Zhou Jian led the team to study the next generation of cell technology -- HJT cell technology, and made a rapid breakthrough in key technologies. Maxwell realized the turn-key solution for HJT cell manufacturing. After technological innovations and product upgrades, Maxwell successfully launched the third generation of HJT cell production equipment with an annual capacity of 600MW in 2021.
Focusing on the key technologies and pan-semiconductor field, the Company has developed OLED equipment, Mini/Micro LED equipment in the display industry and wafer packaging equipment in the semiconductor industry in a forward-looking strategy while developing steadily in the field of solar cell equipment, which help it to form new technological competitiveness and business growth point.
